True Angels Care and Support Services (TACSS) is a nurse-led, registered NDIS provider based in Perth, WA. We were founded on a simple belief: participants with complex needs deserve care led by real clinical expertise, not just goodwill.

Our team is led by a Registered Nurse with medical-surgical and acute mental health nursing experience, working alongside dedicated support workers. This combination means we can support participants with high physical support needs, such as complex wound care, PEG feeding, catheter care, and mobility support, and participants with significant psychosocial and mental health needs, including complex psychosocial disability. Where many providers refer complex or dual-diagnosis participants elsewhere, we're equipped to support the whole picture.

We work closely with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, allied health professionals, and GPs to ensure every participant's care is safe, consistent, and genuinely tailored to their goals.

Our Specialty

TACSS exists for one reason: participants with complex needs deserve care led by real clinical expertise. We specialise in two areas most providers can't cover alone:

​

• High-Intensity & Complex Physical Care – PEG feeding, catheter care, wound care, seizure and diabetes management, pressure area care, and support for bedbound, wheelchair-dependent, and acquired brain injury participants.

​

• Psychosocial & Complex Mental Health Support – recovery-focused care for participants with schizophrenia and complex psychosocial disability, led by real acute mental health nursing experience.

​

Where other providers refer complex or dual-diagnosis participants elsewhere, we don't have to – because our care is led by a nurse with both medical-surgical and mental health expertise.
