• Assistance with Travel and Transport Arrangements – Helping participants access the community, attend appointments, and maintain independence.
 

• Community Nursing Care – Professional healthcare services provided in the comfort of participants' homes.
 

• Assistance with Daily Life Tasks in Group or Shared Living Arrangements – Support for individuals living in group homes or shared accommodations.
 

• Innovative Community Participation – Encouraging engagement in unique programs that foster social inclusion and personal development.
 

• Development of Daily Living and Life Skills – Training and support to enhance independence and self-sufficiency in everyday life.
