Comprehensive and Tailored Disability Care and Support

At True Angels Care and Support Services (TACSS), we are a nurse-led, registered NDIS provider based in Perth, WA. Our team is led by a Registered Nurse with medical-surgical and acute mental health nursing experience, working alongside dedicated support workers.

Our Specialty

​

We specialise in two areas most providers can't cover alone: High-Intensity & Complex Physical Care (PEG feeding, catheter care, wound care, seizure and diabetes management, pressure area care, support for bedbound, wheelchair-dependent, and acquired brain injury participants), and Psychosocial & Complex Mental Health Support (recovery-focused care for participants with schizophrenia and complex psychosocial disability, led by real acute mental health nursing experience).

We also offer a wide range of personalised care and support services, including:

Assistance with Daily Personal Activities · Assistance with Travel and Transport Arrangements · Community Nursing Care · Assistance with Daily Life Tasks in Group or Shared Living Arrangements · Innovative Community Participation · Development of Daily Living and Life Skills · Household Tasks · Participation in Community, Social, and Civic Activities · Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) · Group and Centre-Based Activities · Supported Independent Living (SIL), including Respite Care
