• Assistance with Travel and Transport Arrangements – Helping participants access the community, attend appointments, and maintain independence.
• Community Nursing Care – Professional healthcare services provided in the comfort of participants' homes.
• Assistance with Daily Life Tasks in Group or Shared Living Arrangements – Support for individuals living in group homes or shared accommodations.
• Innovative Community Participation – Encouraging engagement in unique programs that foster social inclusion and personal development.
• Development of Daily Living and Life Skills – Training and support to enhance independence and self-sufficiency in everyday life.
• Household Tasks – Assistance with home maintenance, cleaning, and other essential chores.
• Participation in Community, Social, and Civic Activities – Enabling participants to take part in community events, recreational activities, and civic engagement.
• Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) – Safe and accessible housing solutions tailored to participants with higher support needs.
• Group and Centre-Based Activities – Social, recreational, and educational programs designed to encourage interaction and community engagement.
• Supported Independent Living (SIL), Including Respite Care – Long-term and temporary support to assist participants in living independently while receiving the necessary assistance.
